Very affordable Professional I.T service and training in the Brisbane area.

I believe the I.T service industry is on the expensive side, so I have made myself available after hours to offer an affordable service to you. I work as an IT Systems Administrator for a medium sized business and have 20 years experience in the IT field, I can do anything from building you a PC to repairs to creating a network for you and setting up servers. If you want your Xbox setup and home internet locked down no problem, if you need training or concepts of computing explained I am here to offer that as well.

I offer this service outside of my normal working hours so I do need to book it in with you, generally after 5pm weekdays and Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday I am available.

Generally I only travel on the Brisbane South-side but can travel to the North-side/East-side/West-side for an extra fee depending on location to cover my fuel cost.

Payment is currently cash only to provide a cheaper service. Paypal is available to regular clients, and an tax invoice will be provided on all jobs.

Callout service

30 minutes

This is to check over your hardware or IT issues, any issue fixed within 30mins is included, parts not included.

Callout service 

1 hour

1 hour callout service, parts not included. Best service for virus malware issues or damaged pc's.

Training

1 hour

1 hour of training on using computers and software/internet. In thebooking request what you would like training in.

Data Backup or recovery.

Per device

Data backup or recovery is a time consuming job, as such I offer a per device price on hard drives. No warranty applies due to the nature of potential lost data. This also needs to be done offsite in my workshop.

Extra travel costs outside of these areas, at my discretion of $20.
Parts: Generally I do not carry parts, if any are required a quote will be drawn up before repairs are carried out so you know the full costs before proceeding.
Training services, this can be anything from using a computer or the internet, training in software, or digging deep into how a PC works and more advanced topics like setting up networks or home servers etc. I have vast experience in training groups of up to 15 people in business environments and 1 on 1 training.
